What does the Free plan include?
The Free plan gives you 5 AI credits per month, access to 10 free templates, and lets you create 1 resume and 1 cover letter. You can also purchase top-up credit packs any time to unlock AI features without upgrading.
What AI features are available on each plan?
All Archiie features (rewrites, drafts, profile rewriter, and more) are available on every plan as long as you have credits. Archiie scores (ATS job match) requires a Basic or Pro plan. Think with Archiie is exclusive to Pro.
Is LinkedIn PDF import free?
Yes, importing your LinkedIn PDF or any CV file does not use AI credits on any plan. It's completely free to import and parse your profile.
When do my monthly credits reset?
Credits reset on the same day each month as your subscription start date. If that day doesn't exist in a given month (e.g. the 31st in February), they reset on the last day of the month.
Do unused monthly credits carry over?
Monthly credits do not roll over; they reset each period. Paid top-up credits carry over and are valid for 90 days from purchase.
What happens if I run out of credits?
AI features are temporarily disabled until you top up or your monthly credits reset. Your resumes and other data are never affected.
Does my membership auto-renew?
No. Memberships do not auto-renew. When your paid period ends, your plan simply expires and you revert to Free. You can renew anytime from your Settings page.
What happens when my membership expires?
You keep access to all your resumes and data. AI-powered features are paused until you renew or top up credits. Nothing is deleted.
What happens if a payment fails?
You get a 3-day grace period during which your membership stays active. If payment isn't resolved within that window, the membership is cancelled and you revert to Free.
